As far as the common experience of all of us is concerned, before the age of 20, it is really the golden development period of most people's bodies. At this time, it is very necessary for nutritious food to be ingested, pay attention to good sleep, moderate exercise, and play happy!


Some people may develop later or for a longer period of time, and stop growing after they are in their twenties at the latest.


After the age of twenty, the functioning of the body in all aspects has reached its peak.


During our development, if we do not take good care of the body, take in sufficient nutrition, maintain high-quality sleep, healthy physical exercise, and joyful mood, it will indeed affect development and even cause health problems after middle age. I used to go to the mountains to meditate. It was almost the afternoon before I went down the mountain, and my body never felt hungry. But when I got on the bus and went down the mountain, my stomach felt hungry after a while. Going for an outing near a deep mountain waterfall, mine also had exactly the same reaction. What is the reason for this to make the body naturally not hungry?

In today's social environment, air pollution is a serious problem, especially in places with poor air quality, where hunger and fatigue are easy to produce. The reason is nothing more than too many pollutants and insufficient content of beneficial ingredients in the air-there are too few vitamins in the air!


This is my personal experience and experience over the past 20 years! So I think that trying to practice fasting can stimulate the body's potential and make the body one of the ways to naturally not need to eat food!




4. Fasting can restore the normal operation of the body's vital functions


(1) The function of the body can only be repaired completely by itself only by deep rest:

(1) We humans cannot live without food for a long time!

(3) Fasting will make the body sick and weaker.


(4) Fasting is an act of starvation. Many cases of starving to death in disasters are caused by not eating ~ due to fasting.

(5) Fasting is restricted to priests, nuns or monks.

6. My definition of fasting
